      Biden and McCarthy Square Off Over the Debt Ceiling (yahoo.com)

      Biden and McCarthy are playing chicken. McCarthy wants to negotiate. Biden wants a straight vote. McCarthy wants a budget. Biden, literally, doesn’t.

      God forbid a return to sensible fiscal policy.  Yellen wants Congress to raise the debt ceiling when she should point out the difficulty of keeping interest rates down when the Federal Gov spends money like a drunken sailor.
