Again, fwiw. We’re moving. Had enough of CA, even though I grew up here and a chunk of my heart is here. Heading for the Heart of Dixie within the next 9 months.

I think she’s right. We’re 20 years from our first woman president. Maybe 24. I hope to live that long.

For what it’s worth, my daughter, who just turned 19, is the youngest Speaker of the Alabama Student Government Senate and has connections beyond comprehension;  the powers that be at the state level are already wanting her to get into politics. She does have a gift. God help me.

Tom Steyer, legendary Trump hater, poured millions into ads promoting Prop 50, all with the mantra of sticking it to Trump.

Also saw an ad with AOC promoting Prop 50 to protect reproductive freedom. Huh?

Agreed, nothing was a surprise yesterday. Disappointing, but not a surprise. Gavin’s gloating today was enough to gag a maggot. As for NJ, my daughter interned for Josh Gottheimer, who lost to Mikie in the gubernatorial primary; she was well funded, he more middle of the road, and heaven forbid, as his Jewish, took money from AIPAC. He never had a chance, nor did Jack.

It’s interesting that the Mikie’s baggage from a cheating scandal and Jay Jones, the new top legal official in VA who wanted to see his rival and his rival’s wife and children killed so he could piss on their graves, both get elected.

Give me a freaking break. If it were insider trading, it’d be only insiders, right. Everyone with half a brain knew this was coming. It’s what he does, how he negotiates. . ..

We’ve been getting dicked by countries for generations. Even a somewhat less uneven playing field is a huge win for American industry.

Regarding trade deficits, perhaps I’m missing simple math. If we continue to import more than we export, we run out of money, correct? Unless of course we run hopelessly into deep debt. . . .

Easy. Placate him just like Biden and Obama did. Let him invade a company few truly care about. . . .

No Malarkey, my ass. Schiff had proof on Trump too. So did Hillary. How’d that turn out? All BS. . . .That’s what this Trump Russia stuff is. . ..

What so ludicrous about acquiring Greenland? The Louisiana Purchase anyone? How about Seward’s Folly? Those seemed to work out okay. . . .

but at the same time, let’s post major issues for nationwide vote, majority passes the initiative.

That sure has worked well for California. . . .

    More money for FOGs . . . .

How about taxing the endowment income of institutions of allegedly higher learning?

What did you expect after Newsom’s minimum wage increase for fast food workers? Mrs Mick is fortunate though, Newsom carved out Panera from the increase because a buddy owns several. . . .

Nice blather. Did you bother to read the warning? Here’s a link from Reuters. https://www.reuters.com/world/uk/britain-beefs-up-travel-warnings-over-us-border-enforcement-2025-03-20/

It’s about making sure travels documents are in order and that they follow proper procedures as actual enforcement of US laws has picked up.

How about Canadians? Have you talked with any? I have–three separate occasions in the last couple of weeks, all businesses and all wanting to work with my clients here in the US. They look at the situation as a minor blip, and two of them are supportive of what Trump is doing.

Not only the French guy, but several Germans have been detained and expelled recently. Improper paperwork. The French used words like “apparently” because of opinions on a phone, but wouldn’t elaborate due to privacy issues. . . .

Not great yet. But getting better and better every day!
