  Today the RCP consensus is that Biden`s lead over Trump has dipped to 4.3 %
  
  4 years ago Clinton had a 4.9 % lead this many days out.
  
  Clinton had Kaine, Biden has Harris.

  How much does the Green Party factor from 2016 matter? I assume not much in the battle ground states??? Haven’t looked but didn’t Jill stein take quite a few votes?
