      As they did with other high profile committee hearings, each Dem Congressman who was ostensibly present to garner information regarding pertinent issues related to the AG’s sworn duties punted.  Instead they had prepared a series of political speeches designed to criticize Barr and the Trump administration.  They were not there to hear what Barr had to say but to accuse him of everything from killing thousands of Covid 19 victims, sending in storm troopers to help Trump win re-election with photo ops, running rampant over democracy and every other talking point the progressive left uses to criticize the status quo and those principles which made the USA singular in the world.

      It was beyond embarrassing.  It was descriptive and emblematic of what the Dem party has become.  It bears no resemblance to the party of Kennedy, Johnson, Clinton or even Obama and  Roosevelt.  Nadler and his minions ran an hour late in the morning, would not let Barr answer questions without interruption, demanded yes or no answers to complex multi part questions and mimicked the kind of kangaroo courts totalitarian regimes in Nazi Germany and Communist Russia used in the early 20th century.  It was truly an unbelievably pitiful performance.  Nadler wouldn`t even let Barr take 5 minutes for lunch or a bathroom break.  When Barr asked why the Dems to a person would not criticize the violence in the demonstrations in major cities and the destruction of property including federal buildings, there was silence.  Not one of them stood against it, afraid to be criticized by their extreme left wing activists.

      There is no excuse nor a place for these people ever coming to power in this country.  It was a shameful display that the American people need to look hard and fast at and wonder about, before the next election.

      I just want to know:  is this what republicans did in the Benghazi hearings?   Did we ever see this level of crudeness?  I honestly didn’t watch them much.

      Not even close.  They were critical in the questions but did not enter the room with a pocketful of prepared speeches.  They actually were thoughtful 90% of the time as Republicans usually are and nearly all would admit, despite their party affiliation.  That is not to say there were not partisan disagreements.

      All I know is this: if I had people working for me who acted even half as infantile as the dem representatives that I listened to yesterday, they would be fired on the spot.  The disrespect shown was disgusting. Barr was fully justified in laughing at the show.

      Man , one has to have such tough skin to enter the arena. And poise. I worry, I would lose it and tell someone to fuck off.

      My hero!  Get out of the basement and release your inner Orange GPN!

      Here's a toast with one last pour, may it last forever and a minute more;
