This seems to smell like the Flynn prosecution…with the eminent Emmet Sullivan refusing to let it die. A CIA operator/political bundler, lives large since the turn of the century only to get targeted for his support of the Trump inauguration. “Zuberi’s world came crashing down when prosecutors began investigating whether his money to the Trump inauguration came from foreign sources. In the end, it did not.”
Citizens are prosecuted over DC riots on January 6 as the DoJ drops charges in cases involving assault on law enforcement officers in Portland and Seattle. BofA and AT&T participate in overly broad fishing expeditions in support of the DoJ in the DC investigation. Where is the good work of John Durham? What ever happened to Hunter Biden’s laptop?
This stinks. Our system of justice and political institutions seem to be perverted beyond recognition. The packing of the USSC. Is it possible to view any DoJ/Intel action as free of political influence? The Schumer rule about screwing with people six ways from Sunday? I fear the only way to move away is with a total wash out where the cannibals are forced to devour themselves in the public square.

People who are opposed to defunding the police have no problem with Elon Musk manipulating Tesla shares since 2018. It is as if there are no financial fraud prosecutors and those who want to engage in malfeasance have nothing to fear – be it Nancy Pelosi to the unregulated crypto freaks, anarchists and drug trafficers.
My redneck side would like to run for the hills but 1/3 of New Yorkers are already there. Race to the bottom.

I take offense to both of these situations. I support the police…and I’ve never held Tesla shares.
