I had this work in an interesting way not too long ago. A recruiter approached me with a part-time gig that is very unique and unusual in my world, in which I would work directly for an individual rather than a firm. The hiring individual and his firm were strictly confidential, but I wanted to prepare for the conversation as best as I could. I fed the position description into an AI tool, and I asked for up to 10-15 names that it could be.
It came back with just one name, who turned to be THE GUY.
I mentioned it to the recruiter and his jaw literally dropped.
Powerful stuff, this AI.
