U.S. Code 2385 (1940), also called the Smith Act, outlines penalties and fines for persons advocating the overthrow of the Government of the United States by force.
Apparently the current administration is unaware of the code or does not have the stones to enforce it. I would suggest that all supporters of US law write, fax, email and phone your elected representatives and ask why this statute is not being enforced.
