      This article advances a strategic context for the Biden/Chinese business partnership.

      At this point it seems to be a straw man, albeit a plausible one. It explains a possible context for documentary evidence now in the possession of the FBI. (However, who trusts Wray’s FBI to conduct this investigation after they’ve sat on the Biden laptop for ten months.)  It’s suggesting that one of the candidates for our highest office is either a willing and ignorant dupe, assisting and furthering the interests of a strategic enemy and is unworthy of the office, or he is essentially a traitor.

      So how do you conduct an election when there is a plausible reason to believe the electorate has been kept ignorant of material information that directly impacts national security?  How do you conduct the election when one of the candidates, working with the press, may be seeking to cover their tracks?

      Does the Supreme Court have the authority to postpone an election? Can they oversee and fast track an investigation where the executive authority conducting the investigation is untrustworthy?  (In this case both the FBI and the sitting President who stands for re-election?)  Can they compel testimony from a candidate? From a candidate’s family members, in this case a son and brother at a minimum?  How hard can they push the pace without compromising a defendant’s due process rights?

      How would/could you make Biden whole if the story is subsequently debunked?  How would/could you you make Orange whole if the story is subsequently confirmed?  A Harris presidency doesn’t do it for me. She’s no “Jerry Ford”.  She hasn’t been approved for the roll by the Congress.  (The United States Senate voted 92 to 3 to confirm Ford on November 27. On December 6, 1973, the House confirmed Ford by a vote of 387 to 35. After the confirmation vote in the House, Ford took the oath of office as Vice President of the United States.)

      Thorny problems that test the structure of our democracy for sure. I for one am glad we will have nine wise souls in place. It eliminates the risk associated with this “tie goes to the runner” shit that recently impacted the vote counting case from PA. Simply stated, I trust a good catholic like ACB to do the right thing…as I do Sotomayor, Kagan, Breyer & Roberts. Let the chips fall where they may.

      Here's a toast with one last pour, may it last forever and a minute more;

      Thorny, indeed.

      The show must go on IMHO. you don’t postpone an election, even if on of the candidates is a crook. This election is already well underway anyhow.

      Besides, if Biden is a crook who will sell the country out to China and globalists, at least he will do it with an air of homespun avuncular decency. Am I right?

      Biden, if he wins, has a real chance to become the first President in history to be impeached AND convicted.  It would suit the Dems overall intentions to get Kamala into that position.

      So, what happens if “Humper” Biden’s laptop is this elections Steele Dossier? Is it possible Adam Schiff is correct?

      No the election moves forward.

      As for Biden being impeached and removed from office- no chance if Dems hold the House.

      No matter how guilty Biden is, he won’t be impeached. Instead, the Dems will use the 25th to get him out. No black marks on the Dems, no further investigation of the Bidens.

      We are so polarized that it doesn’t matter how egregious the Bidens’ behaviors are, half the electorate will close their eyes.
      That is the problem with the “ Rocky 17” echo chamber. We are all livid at the blatant nepotism, but the Left doesn’t care and will blame it all on Russian intervention. Nothing to see here.  The same way the Right reacted  to the bombshell Trump taxes story.
      the extreme polarization will allow bad actors to survive scandalous behavior.

      lets move on, vote and get four more years so that the Left will splinter in self hate. They are good at that.
