He implores wealthy New Yorkers to return to NYC because he wants their tax money. He makes it sound like a light hearted and humorous plea. Did he somehow forget that
A: The NY legislature passed a bill that allows career criminals to walk with no bail unless serious felony offenses rendering city streets and businesses unsafe. Police are unwilling to arrest people when they know they will be back on the street within hours.
B: DeBlasio eliminated the plain clothes police force in NYC which were the Offensive unit that stopped crimes from happening before they occurred and now has the police force playing D all day long
C: The above combination plus his and others anti police commentary has lowered police morale to ridiculously low levels and intimidated them into not being aggressive in fighting crime resulting in skyrocketing crime rates including homicide.
Does he think we and they are that stupid??????

Roscoe, I honestly don’t understand your dismissive and cavalier attitude toward the d bag. It demonstrates a total absence of critical thinking skills.
For your consideration, A high level overview of the 20 year vaccine approval process Yet we’ll have initial options in 10 months? Do you appreciate how hard it is to turn a battleship? A battleship with a crew, part of which seeks your personal failure?
How about the repurposing of military logistics capability to address supply chain issues with PPE, ventilators & emergency room capacity? What about the introduction of coherent approaches to foreign policy, economic policy & national security?
So you don’t like his style? Your evaluation of performance after living with 25 years of failure demonstrates the very stupidity you decry.

DeBlasio not on board with Cuomo but his reasoning is ridiculous.
These are possibly the absolutely worst governor and mayor in New York and NYC`s history and are in office at the same time.

I would have loved to have a chance to ask follow up with De blasio after hecsaid he would never buy a car again. “Does that mean you won’t ride in a limo?” Are you pledging from this day forward only to take public transit. The man is a wingnut. He’s going to destroy NYC.

Rocky, my only issue is that you should have made the title highlight the plural. I’d be more comfortable with, “Cuomos are”

Unless I’m mistaken the founders of the country believed that our constitution was tailored for a moral and a religious people. There was no in between. Look at Cuomo and some of the things he supports.
Going a little further, not one damn person close to the Russia Hoax has come forward and admitted culpability. Not one FISA judge has admitted they screwed up. Not one Democrat has stood up and said rioting, looting and meyhem are not tolerable. And some Republicans.
You can’t govern or get anywhere with people like that.
