      …have been fired from CNN and Fox respectively. Most interesting part? They both have the same employment lawyer.

      I’m not at all certain if the settlements and the circumstances associated there with will become public knowledge, but it will be fascinating to see the relative values.

      One guy is the host for the number one news show on cable tv. The other, a disagreeable problem employee who is a misogynist and serves a minuscule audience.

      Perhaps, but the number of eyeballs sure isn’t. And that’s what makes this interesting to see as it plays out. Remaining time on the present contracts may differ but they are using the same attorney so that’s not a variable when comparing buy outs.

      Fox News is still paying Carlson and is reported to want to keep him on the payroll until after the 2024 election cycle when his contract ends.  The reason being to silence him from any criticism.

      This from the news organization which markets itself as the defender of free speech and strongly opposes censorship in any form.  Except when it’s inconvenient for them.
