cardcrimsonParticipantFirst, his decision killed lots of New Yorkers, then he covers up the data so it can’t be used by the Repubs. Perhaps he and his bro can spin it again on CNN. Anybody know where I can get his book on leadership?

The difference this this time, is that he betrayed his own party and left them in the dark, too. The comments from some on the call is somewhat telling.

rjnwmillParticipantPerhaps the canary in the coal mine is the 2021 Mayoral election in NY City. Will the residents wake up and go back towards Guilliani/Bloomberg? Will they go Yang?
One would hope there would be a swing of the pendulum back towards accountable government, a livable city, a reduction in crime rates? Maybe no if AOC’s thoughts about government are more mainstream than I think.
Here's a toast with one last pour, may it last forever and a minute more;

ParticipantAnother example of the cover up is worse than the crime.
Cuomo could have released the data and blamed Trump, a safe harbor for Dems. 30 years ago – even 10 years ago – he would have gotten away with it. Today there are too many people looking at COVID cases and deaths for this to go unnoticed.Without the orange Boogeyman, dems need someone else to target. Cuomo might survive in New York, but he is damaged goods on a national stage.
