Early action by Orange undid the Paris Climate Accord, the Iran deal & suspended further work on the TPP.

Would a Biden administration seek to unwind USMCA, the bilateral trade agreements with Japan & South Korea or the diplomatic recognition agreements between the UAE, Bahrain & Israel?  The later agreements return the US to the traditional Sunni alignment.

Are we still seen as a reliable partner in negotiations?

Well, I used to think that a President could unwind any prior President’s unilateral actions, but DACA changed all that. Turns out that an executive order that the courts agree with is pretty hard to rescind.

So, I think the only thing that stands in Biden’s way is whether or not any of this is in the President’s power (I suspect Bahrain recognizing Israel is fairly independent) and whether any of it is ratified by congress.  Congressional ratification probably makes reneging harder.
