Under the law, after 90 days, the hard drive left at the computer repair shop becomes the property of the owner of the shop. When this story broke last week, remarkably, an attorney for Hunter Biden asked for the return of the hard drive which is now in FBI possession. This is a definitive admission that the hard drive is indeed Hunter Bidens`s. This totally undercuts any basis by which any social media company or media company lays claim to suppression of free speech by claiming hacking or any other illegal activity.
As a significant aside, Hunter Biden`s dealings and deals with every official from China, Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan or anywhere else as described in his email record and hard drive documents is totally illegal as he has never been registered with the US government as a foreign agent. We all may remember that Paul Manafort was prosecuted for pursuing deals with foreign governments while not having registered as such.

When is someone or some entity going to put Adam Schiff in his proper place? At least Ratcliffe acknowledged the FBI is in possession of Hunter Biden`s lap top information. Any investigative report is probably scheduled for completion and release sometime in 2022 or 2023. Schiff is lower than cockroach dung that has been around since medieval times. He is a consummate liar without shame or remorse. That people will elect him to Congress again from my old So Cal district where I went to high school is testament to the ignorance and lack of political insight and knowledge of great swathes of the electorate.
