Jeff Sessions, who might be the biggest empty chair office holder that Trump has appointed (and that’s saying something when you have Betsy Devos out there), is on record now saying that Comey had a “serious breach of discipline.”

But get this:  He’s talking about Comey reopening the Clinton investigation right before the election.

“Published reports have said the report concludes Comey was insubordinate as FBI director when he refused DOJ advice and announced a re-opening of the Clinton email case just days before the 2016 general election.

In other words:  Trump fired Comey because Comey reopened the Clinton investigation right before the election (and, consequently helped Trump) against the advice of Obama’s DOJ.

      I’m getting dizzy.

Thanks, PL, for the forum.  I hope Doc and I achieve as much fame for success of this CEB as for driving the lefties off the other one .

With regard to this post, Sessions is absolutely an enigma wrapped in a conundrum or whatever.  He is inscrutable.  Rosenstein obstructs, intimidates, slow walks and prevents legitimate Constitutional oversight by Congress on a daily basis and Sessions does zilch.  Impeachment takes too long.  Trump should demand a 24 hour turning over of all documents requested legally and if non compliant, fire Rosenstein and put someone else in there.
