The politics in the state don’t seem to be broken. I don’t see anyone conspicuously tearing up the text. This speech helps one understand how a Joe Manchin could survive in a state that went 70% for Trump. If you don’t want to watch the whole address, I’d suggest you start at the one hour, twenty-eight minute mark.
