      what the hell is going on in Texas? the gubner going Libtard on ya’ll!?  Closing the bars back up just becuase of a few cases of the kung flu?  WTH is going on?  Someone call Hedley Lamar!

      He is doing what I expect any competent governor to do. Until, there is a cure/vaccine for this, social interactions will have to be titrated by phase ( think terrorism levels). The key will be not to overreact in either direction, which will make our politicians earn their living.

      first and foremost, we protect the vulnerable.

      secondly, we manage Phasing with an eye towards hospital capacity so that the healthcare systems don’t get overwhelmed.

      thirdly, we test as much as we need to.

      fourth, we social trace while respecting people’s privacy.

      rinse repeat.
