Murder is flat (31 to date, both years), but all other crimes are up across the board.

Portland, with similar issues, had a 41% increase in drug overdoses (versus 2020) when they implemented their open air drug market. Robbery is up 51%, overall crime is up 23.4% in that city.

Overall crimes are up in Chicago y over 36%.
