Doesn’t take much my friends.  Another known risk without contingencies.  Every gas station within 50 miles of Greenville is out of gas.  We are unable to protect our infrastructure from a group of amateur hackers.

Amateur hackers?  I thought this was the work of a group in Russia with links to Putin.

But I thought this is Kamala’s Brave New world.  A world with no petrol?

Which of these obvious risks were managed in advance and did that effort result in effective risk mitigation programs?

Of course not. Politics is reduced to the management, or lack there of, of synthetic crises. Voter suppression?  Systemic racism?  Redefined “infrastructure”?  Police malfeasance?  Works better for leadership. No problems, no risk of poor performance.
