I am reminded of the great song by the Clash “Lost In the Supermarket”, which spoke to this poor woman’s search for meaning in life…when there is none.

Sad to see my old home so gone to hell in hand basket.  I think trumpo is doing the right thing and backing his troops out, it was the self-fulfilling prophecy at work.  but I don’t think the dems get the point about how much so many of us swing voters in the middle despise the riots and also despise tear gas.  the “adults in the room” have not been nearly good enough at calming this mess down across the country.  neither side’s adults.
