As a Massachusetts boy born in Maine and raised in a factory town in the Bay State, the Kennedys were gods.  JFK’s picture hung on the wall next to the crucifix and under his guidance, put the Dems at the forefront of racial issues and took the mantle of equality away from Lincoln’s party.  When a Kennedy loses in Massachusetts, especially one backed by a leftist speaker like Pelosi, it is huge news.   That the victor was backed by an avowed socialist/marxist, Ocasio-Cortez, is incredibly revealing and a wake up call of the first magnitude.

Progressives run the show and government bureaucracy will control our lives in every federal department if Dems win this time around.  It is a watershed moment.  Every reasonably intelligent Democrat who is not a Marxist or socialist should hold his or her nose, vote for Trump and then rebuild a new centrist Dem party with people in control who care about the good of the citizenry and and not just absolute power in DC.

I am begging to save our nation from Marx, Lenin and eventually Stalin and chairman Mao.

Rocky, I think you’re perhaps in danger of missing the forest for the trees. I don’t think an incumbent defeating a challenger in MA is all that.

More interesting to me is the competing endorsements. Pelosi takes sides in a Senate race?  Backs a challenger instead of the incumbent?  Is on the opposite side of Schumer who is trying to retake the senate?  Just to be on the opposite side of AOC?  Hmmmm

it explains a great deal about the Biden campaign. A dead meat effort to reconcile an overly broad “coalition” that is fracturing before our very eyes. See Biden’s day trip to Minnesota?  A trip forced on the campaign by Trump’s law and order messaging; a trip that is nothing but one more opportunity to fail in papering over the fracture. Joe’s feeling the burn. The Orange is driving a narrative to appeal to the majority and exacerbate Biden’s frailties. Just wait till the money trail associated with the “peaceful protests” goes public before the first debate?

Bob, if Doug Schoen says it, it is true.  AOC is running the show.  Beware big time if the Dems win.  It will be Armageddon to our way of life and those who scoff will be amazed and make big time excuses but too late.

The lead dog in the democrat party…so what?  Didn’t she get a whole minute at the DNC to place Bernie’s name in nomination?

The squad is calling for continued “reparations”/looting. Hands off by law enforcement for rioters. Where’s Biden going Rocky?  Daily public statements and appearances…off script…on Orange turf?  He can’t focus on his running mate; COVID-19?

How long before Biden falls from the tight wire?  The Joe Louis/Billy Conn quote seems apropos here.  Doug Shoen’s observation was, if I read it correctly, limited to the Democrat factions?  Trump has a similar but manageable problem. He suffers with “never trumpers”. However, they are a much, much smaller minority of republicans than either faction in the Democratic Party. Therein lies the problem for Biden.

For your consideration from a Latino consultant.

The rise in support for Trump is due to “fatigue over all the destruction and hatred, tearing down businesses, by people — a lot of people that are from outside the community —

A Kennedy losing in Mass is surprising, though losing to an incumbent is not a shock. The Kennedy’s are very far removed from relevance, especially with millennials.

That said, if Pelosi keeps the House, Schumer gets the Senate, and Harris the White House, we are indeed in deep do do.

The reason AOC was limited in prime time was that the Dem leaders know that if the full magnitude of her wish list were made public to those who never read anything about politics it would turn off millions of Dem voters who vote out of habit and tradition and not intelligence or knowledge.  The problem will be that those who will turn around and do a 180 over the next few elections when they see what the Dems are doing will not be able to overcome mail in voting fraud, the 15 SCOTUS judges, the 52 states and the elimination of the filibuster.

There will be a backlash but I fear it may be a violent one and unlike anything we have seen in 160 years.

Rocky, I don’t have a crystal ball…just opinions. And it is my opinion that a modified Biden quote fits here perfectly…and describes his problem succinctly.

“If you’re voting for Trump, you ain’t progressive!”  Black voters found this condescending. Progressives will as well as Biden finally is forced to move to the center.

As this drama plays out, Bernie will be seen as a bamboozled old fool. Wouldn’t he make a great point person for our dialog with Xi.
