Not really.  But the right wing party is floating the idea of changing “President” to “Ruler” for the despot. No doubt Vlad the Paler will be humbled by the suggestion:

If Putin becomes the “ruler” I think Biden should grab “Duke of Earl” if Gene Chandler isn’t using it anymore.  Nothing can stop the Duke of Earl as he walks through his Dukedom with the Duchess of Earl.
