Yes, I am pleased but for the obvious western choice in Kagan.  I still think the evidence will cause a cascade effect as people like Lin Wood and Sydney Powell are the heaviest of heavyweights in the most important case of their lives.

I saw an interview with Alan Dershowitz on Sunday Morning Futures.  He is of the opinion that Orange is out of time.  He can’t get his cases to the Supreme Court in time to have them adjudicated by the nine wise souls before the election results, as is, are implemented.

That would be unfortunate.
