I really hope we see more businesses pushing back on this nonsense. Two thumbs up for Penguin Random House.

Usually it’s the employees who have no idea what it takes to make money who are the ones who agitate for this kind of BS.
I’m not saying they should be fired, but I would fire their asses for disrupting the mission of the company.
