MickParticipantSocialist Mayoral Candidate Zohran Mamdani wants to tax white neighborhoods more. I don’t think even the Klan advocated a tax based on skin color, but Ugandan immigrant and naturalized U. S. Citizen Zohran Mamdani says it’s the way to go…

It’s interesting…the three major financial support groups for the Democrats (Wall Street, Hollywood, Silicon Valley) have always had a silent, tacit understanding with the Dems; e.g. “We will always support you as long as you don’t impact our ability to make money and support us at the expense of others when we need it.” This is why you have Obama supporting Wall Street over Main Street in the 2009 financial debacle as millions lost their homes, but Wall Street hucksters stayed solvent. This is why you have Senator Feinstein’s husband Richard Blum purchasing foreclosed homes as Chair of CBRE, another example of Wall Street benefiting as Main Street gets crushed by the Dems. And let’s not forget Governor Gavin Newsom’s latest wet sloppy kiss to Hollywood, leaving in $750 million in tax incentives to widen a budget deficit that he can’t close.
This is why Bernie Sanders was b-slapped aside by the Democrats. He wanted to tax the rich billionaires that make up the Democratic support. But AOC and Mamdani…well, they’re just stupid and young enough to not give a darn what the Democrats’ moneyed interests think.
The wild card will be the non-moneyed support structure of the Democrats, the tripartite philosophical center of the Democrats — Big Media, Big Academia, Big Law. All of those organizations drive thought and rules in America, and are essentially arms of the Democratic party with limited exceptions. Will they support extra taxes on the wealthy? Big Academia — I think so. Big Law? Nope, not with their ties to Hollywood/Wall Street/Silicon Valley. Big Media — yes, they should.

MickParticipantMamdani is going to win. He is way ahead of the other candidates. This poll shows that he has 50% of the vote, the others combined have 49% of the vote.

About 70 percent of respondents said they were “dissatisfied” with the direction of the city. The most important issues to them are housing costs (65 percent); price of groceries, utilities and household items (58 percent); and crime/public safety (51 percent).
An anti-Semitic Muslim Marxist mayor of New York City. It’ll be interesting to see what happens to that city. Also interesting…how it foreshadows the 2026 and 2028 elections.
