There is no question there will be fraud in this election cycle.  This article highlights circumstances that might be hard to explain as random…1 in 256 if I remember my statistics?  Almost Elizabeth Warren Indian heritage probability.  But nine ballots hardly suggests fraud at an election influencing level.

There is not doubt that local partisans will do dumb things this cycle.  And that introduces significant additional complexity.  It is after all taking place in an environment that mandates that election rules, processes & reporting are implemented by the individual states?  Conceivably the nine wise souls will have to hear multiple cases from each of 30+ states?

John Roberts and his cohorts best be thinking about how to resolve these inevitable challenges promptly while minimizing the appearance of bias.  Good luck with that John.  The “winner” may once again be seen as illegitimate?  Just what we need in our current circumstances.
