      Is it me, or is the new color coded reopening system much less clear than the last system?

      Also, it seems that no one has noticed that Newsom significantly changed the threshold for reopening and kids getting back to school. The most restrictive criteria was new cases per 100,000. Last week it was 10, with many counties about to hit that metric. Now its 7 per 100,000. Haven’t heard a soul complain about the moving goal posts. . . .

      And one other comment, all along we’ve been told it’s all about hospital capacity as the key concern. Surprisingly, the metrics that evaluated bed capacity, and ICU bed capacity are now gone from the criteria.

      The guy is a magician. He screws us with a patronizing style and as you say gets away with it.
