Don McNeil, writer for the New York Times repeated a racial slur used by a 12 year old on a trip to Peru. Not surprisingly, the pustulant cancel culture of the New York Times enabled 150+ nitwits to demand McNeil’s ouster.
Somewhat surprisingly, Bret Stephens of the same publication wrote an article decrying the practice. Which, of course, Sulzberger, publisher of the Times, refused to publish.
The New York Post acquired a copy of Stephens’ article — not from Stephens — and published it. Pretty interesting.

Personally, as long as we’re into cancel culture, I’d like to see a list of the 150+ people who demanded that McNeil be fired. Perhaps with home addresses and photos. Makes as much sense as anything in these cancel culture days.
