The Biden event in Darby PA was a real barn burner. The guy came close to filling 20 seats for his address on the economy. Must have been gratifying to the candidate to see so many screaming partisans after 120 days in the basement.
This forms the basis for an interesting compare and contrast with the Orange One’s OK event tonight.

LegendKeymasterWhat an awful picture. Biden is going to win and we are going to be wondering what we were thinking.
I remember people making jokes about Biden being Obama’s insurance against assassination. Well, I genuinely think anybody who votes for Biden is actually voting for his VP. In that way, Biden is likely a massive, old, white trojan horse for the progressive left. Biden’s age upon taking office will be older than Reagan’s the day he left office.

ParticipantThe Dem’s will figure out a way to blow it if Biden expires or if he makes it through four years. Sets up for Nikki Haley, a real conservative who knows where Finland is, how to be tough and how to be nice and when to leave a sinking ship. And a technical woman of color at that.

LegendKeymasterWell, a day later and the discussion is how trump didn’t come close to filling the tulsa arena. nowhere close.
I’m not at all surprised but I think it also has to be weighed against the amount of rational and irrational fearmongering on both the covid and antifa fronts.

rjnwmillParticipantThere’s no way to characterize the turnout other than disappointing. They had planned an outdoor rally for the overflow crowd. It was dismantled unused.
the advance team is going to hear about this…after the Orange One reads reports that it is a reflection on his appeal. He’s the Little Richard of politicians. Only he can be beautiful. 😉
