I keep trying to remind myself this is the United States of America but it gets more difficult every day.
Justice Roberts single handedly gave us Obamacare and now may also give us a President Biden. What a disappointment.

If the rules are on their face unconstitutional, what is the chance the USSC can choose not to act and thereby compromise the influence of ballots that on their face can be proven valid?
I surely don’t know.
