The movie to which I had been most looking forward. On Apple TV exclusively today. I actually bought a Firestick to see it.

Yeah. Been following the progress of this one. Shame we can’t see it on the big screen. War Party on hold as is Hardy’s second Australian desert picture. Don’t know about battle of Britain. Have you read The Splendid and the Vile?

just screened The Good Liar. Both Mirren and McEwen were great. Kind of figured out the plot until a twist at the end. Worthwhile but no car chases and murders so Doc wouldn’t like it.

I enjoyed the Good Liar. (Spoiler alert) I knew Mirren was conning McEwen, but the reason was a nice twist.

I liked Knives Out also.  Not a great movie by any stretch. But fun.

What the heck is a Firestick GR?

Watched three of my favorites the other night… Sexy Beast with  Ben Kingsley, Ronin and Master and Commander. All three great fun and you don’t have to think too hard.

Silly side question:  Does Amazon Fire Stick allow access to Apple TV?
