This University of Michigan document on election forensics relies heavily on advanced statistical knowledge and substantial computing power in determining election fraud. These methods when applied do not produce definitive proof of fraud.
Absent that proof, the elections in the states in question looks pretty bad based on the guidelines in the study. But I doubt team Trump will prevail even if you got out to 8 sigma. I don’t think the Judicial System is interested.
