Water dogs

That little dog to the left…

…is my labrador retriever. Labs are noted water dogs, what with the webbed paws and the absolute joy they exhibit in lakes, streams, rivers and oceans.

But man, does she hate the rain. And she can’t stand that Dad insists on her doing her business outside in the rain…so she miserably skulks to the driest place possible, takes care of business as quickly as possible, then sprints back to the door.
