      If you look at this article, it was Trump and only Trump and Trump’s allies.

      And yet…I seem to recall that Hillary, who demanded that Trump accept the results of the election when she thought she was going to win…Hillary later claimed that Trump “stole” the election. Gore fought Bush after the election results were in.

      I don’t know that our political discourse is any worse now. Maybe because of COVID and people who express their whack job opinions on their computers…

      I think you can go back to Joe Biden and Ted Kennedy doing a tap dance on the reputation of Judge Robert Bork in the Supreme Court confirmation process in the early 90’s.  Or the incessant derogations by the Left of Republican figures such as Gerald Ford and Ronald Reagan for their supposed stupidity.  It’s as old as John Adams and Thomas Jefferson.  🤬
