Interesting here is how young minds can be encouraged to make decisions about personal genital mutilation without parental input. Yet they aren’t capable of independently deciding whether to watch videos like this as part of their math curriculum?  What’s up with that?

Does a government assuming the responsibility for the moral/ethical framework for the individuals in the society lead to our own “banana republic”?
