Please note that despite the fact that on its face there is as of yet no legal significance and election repercussion, it is highly unusual for a DOJ investigation into voter fraud to have been initiated prior to vote certification. The traditional approach has always been to investigate if necessary after the certification. If nothing else, this lends credence to the speculation that substantial voter fraud allegations are being taken quite seriously and are well above the threshold requiring serious inspection.
Barr was adamant in his opposition to changes in mail in voting laws that he said in a contentious CNN interview last month had the potential; to lead to endemic vote fraud. He was passionate. I am hopeful he will have the will and resources to investigate fully.
OTOH, I am very hopeful that all Pennsylvania ballots received after 8 PM on election day will be thrown out as the Governor and supreme court of PA edicts were plainly unconstitutional as pointed out by Turley, Starr, Powell, Bondi and many others. They are all convinced that SCOTUS would have no choice, possibly by a unanimous vote, but to throw out nearly a million late ballots since the PA legislature is clearly and plainly the only legislative body that could have changed the rule under the law. Those votes are absolutely illegal under Pennsylvania law, even if submitted in good faith by legitimate voters.
I am also convinced that vote audits will turn the election results to Trump`s favor in both Georgia and Arizona given the numbers of admitted duplicate ballots, votes by people that moved and votes by dead people that have been acknowledged. Nevada might also be in the mix.
Also, breaking tonight, it apparently has been confirmed that simultaneously over 25,000 people, all from a series of rest homes and convalescent facilities simultaneously applied at one time for absentee ballots. Since this timing is impossible, it was certainly a form of illegal ballot harvesting and all 25,000 votes were for Biden. The FBI will be looking into this development.
It was reported by every network that the Republicans were given a court order to allow poll watching Philadelphia`s ballot counting area during the evening and that election officials and the police refused to enforce it for 2 days. I must have heard it or read it 40 or 50 times over a 48 hour period. Now those same articles are scrubbed from the internet by design and one has to look to right leaning publications like the Epoch Times to find an article describing it.

He has to close the deal in Georgia, N Carolina, Iowa and Texas. I think he will win all four. He will win Alaska and Montana. He then would have to win two of the four out of Wisconsin, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Minnesota and one of them has to be either Michigan or Pennsylvania to close at 273 or 277.
Trump`s guys are challenging the Arizona call for some reason and think they can still win it. I wonder why because they seem way behind.

Can anyone explain the gamesmanship all the networks including Fox are playing in not calling Texas, Florida, or Ohio which cannot possibly be won by Biden for Trump? What is the point and what am I missing?
Trafalgar just may have done it again. The rest of them excepting a few should just do themselves in and retire. They sample unrealistic ratios of voters and present them as gospel and the media runs with it. It is pure and unadulterated propaganda, year after year, election after election.
James of Michigan is our best hope after Tuberville`s certain win in the Senate. the mail in voting skews the early counts. With 60%plus in in Kansas and Texas, Trump is losing but he was in Florida also. I think he will win handily in Kansas and also by a smaller margin in Texas. Daines has to win in Montana. Have heard zero about Susan Collins in Maine.
Florida was never in doubt. Trump will win by 200,000 votes to 250,000. I am REALLY worried about N Carolina and Arizona, less about Georgia. If Trump loses any of the three, he has some problems. Dawg, did you deliver Portland and Oregon for us? If either Texas or Ohio goes blue, it is game over.

Western PA is oil and gas country. Yesterday Lady Gaga who opposed fracking was sent to western PA to help Biden. This might rank up there when all is said and done as one of the greatest mistakes in campaign history at the Presidential level along with hiding in the basement.
