Its very real.  Prices going up in Napa and Sonoma as we speak.  In my neighborhood 3 houses sold in the last 10 days, they sat for a while, but it was like the money tree shook loose 30 days ago.

It will be a shame if the 2020s end up like the 1970s for cities. But, that’s where we are headed.

Of course that era did bring us Charles Bronson’s death wish series and Dirty Harry, so maybe you city dwellers can take one for the team and set the stage for more tough cop and vigilante films. Those were fun.
