In a nutshell…………………….when one claims fraud in an election and all the rules are observed as per the Constitution, the burden of proof is on the claimants to prove fraud was perpetrated.

When one changes the the election laws illegally and violates the Constitutional laws and rules, the burden of  proof shifts;  those who violated election laws and changed voting eligibility and casting rules must now be forced to prove their changes did not allow fraud to occur.

That is the essence of the Texas lawsuit as written and filed by John Eastman, Constitutional lawyer as presented by Eastman himself on the Ingraham show Thursday evening.
