Watching from the sidelines as these loaded with cash, lawyered up Ivy and MIT presidents get called out from of all people a Harvard educated House member. It got me thinking.
Let me-be-clear because this is a context-dependent question. Will any students transfer or any faculty resign? Will any other of this year’s applicants re-consider?
My thought was unlikely because I don’t think it’s in their consciousness. They are above it all. And so long as the faculty is the tenure bubble they certainly don’t really care.

Incidentally, one of the authors whose work was plagiarized by Harvard President Caroline Gay is furious that Gay has not been disciplined. Dr. Carol Swain said it wasn’t just a few paragraphs, but that Gay essentially stole her work:
