Kamala Harris is, by far, the frontrunner in a recent poll for Governor of California.
To me, Harris represents the worst outcome of a vote. Somehow, 75 million people thought she was fit to lead this country. Someone who flip-flopped on thirteen major issues, who refuses to answer tough questions, who avoids pattycake interviews, who has no policies, and abandoned immediately the one policy that the nation needs, that is tough, and frankly, could have made the difference…and that was to raise taxes.
She loves, LOVES the trappings of power, and has no idea what to do with it. She is the furthest Left politician (per GovTrack) in a country of centrists. She said she would have done nothing differently and was part of every decision during Biden’s disaster.
California is beset with problems caused by a weak, feckless, stupid Governor Newsom. I don’t see an Earl Warren, Ronald Reagan, Hiram Johnson, Pat Brown…or even a Jerry Brown…on the horizon. Just a future drunk Cackler-in-Chief.

Adam is a genuinely bad guy.
I think years of Democratic control has lead to overreach which has led to their current dire straits. They controlled basically the entire American government for 14 of the last 17 years. It’s biting them on the rear end.
It’s affecting Governor Loathsome. A recent Emerson poll of California voters, those who know him best, don’t want him to run for President…by a wide margin. 59% say no to a Presidential bid. 61% of Democrats say yes, but 78% of Republicans and 71% of independents say no.
His overall approval rating is 33%, overall negative is 42%.
