Participant
Western PA is oil and gas country. Yesterday Lady Gaga who opposed fracking was sent to western PA to help Biden. This might rank up there when all is said and done as one of the greatest mistakes in campaign history at the Presidential level along with hiding in the basement. Watch this Gaga ad. Unbelievably insulting to Pennsylvania blue collar workers. Pandering or soliciting? Tough to tell sometimes.

Participant
“Anyone there after 10PM was arrested. Portland – a city with so much potential cursed by leaders with so little vision.
” As someone who has never set foot in Portland I humbly disagree. As a matter of fact I live closer to Dublin than Portland. But as a casual observer, I suspect there are significant mental health problems in the city. The social norms seem to have a low floor. The leaders conform to the norm. Fix that and you hit your potential.
I was referring to location as opposed to demographics. If you like the outdoors, this place wins 9 out of 10. Bordered by 2 major rivers, an hour to the coast, 90 minutes to high desert. Hiking, white rafting, skiing, fishing, hunting – the list never ends.
To your point – how do you explain to someone they are schizophrenic?

I hope you are right. My explanation for the disparity is dems are not rallying for Biden. They aren’t showing support because they don’t support him. They are voting for Biden because he isn’t Trump. Hell, at this point they would vote for Bonzo the Chimp before Trump.
Two elections in a row, and Dems would would be jumping from tall bridges.

Participant
With the prospect of four more years of Orange, can local democrats reasonably expect to let the looting and lawlessness continue unabated? Sorry Dawg, but every time I think it’s political suicide to permit this crap to continue…I think of the “choice” you guys have given yourselves for mayor of Portland? Voting for one of those two clowns and ANTIFA too?
Hey, watch your mouth. I live on the north side of the river. My trips to Portland are limited to my wine storage locker.
Antifackers crossed the river this weekend. They broke a few windows, started a couple of dumpster fires, but in general, found LE to be a lot less tolerant of fookery than their Portland counterparts. At one point the group was attempting to close down I-5. Cops were like, if you start down the ramp, you will be arrested. ANother interesting development, police shut down a public part where protestors were meeting. Anyone there after 10PM was arrested.
Portland – a city with so much potential cursed by leaders with so little vision.

ParticipantWith market futures falling, looks to me like those pulling the levers are betting against Trump or making sure he doesn’t win.
Analyst report I read predicts another 6.5% fall in the Dow before the next stop point. At least a 10% fall less than a week before the election? Hmmmm
Me thinks the Swamp is deeper and wider than I ever suspected.

ParticipantIf it were 16M in Cali, WA, OR and NY, I wouldn’t be so concerned. Looking at the states mentioned, I am with GPN – grab all the ammo and water you can and head to the bunker.

ParticipantExactly right Bob. I am in the camp there were never documents to start with. Scan the damn things, put scanned copies in dropbox or one drive and send a link to open the files. It ain’t that hard.
Geezuz, this is starting to look like a bad remake of the Steele Dossier. Where is James Comey? Maybe Kamala is actually seeding the documents..

ParticipantSo, what happens if “Humper” Biden’s laptop is this elections Steele Dossier? Is it possible Adam Schiff is correct?
No the election moves forward.
As for Biden being impeached and removed from office- no chance if Dems hold the House.

Participant
Money laundering? You mean book publishing and speaking fees? what about board seats after retirement? That’s the real money laundering in politics. Republicans and Dems alike grift at that trough. Biden made 15 million plus in a year shortly after leaving office. You think that is because he is such a great speaker and writer? The guy can’t string together two sentences and doesn’t even write his own tweets. Making this about Hunter won’t help trump. This is about Biden’s careful complicity with Hunter’s deals and roles.
Legend, your last two sentences is what every conservative talking head is trying to tell Trump. My take- with everyone advising Donald forcing Joe to defend his own actions is a winning strategy, DJT will spend the next few days railing about Hunter.
This isn’t 2016. Trump was elected as a populist, a puncher, a novelty in the political arena. His base still loves the populist and puncher, but the novelty is gone. I don’t mistake Trump vs Biden rally size for a growing wave of support for Trump. Biden rallys are what they because he doesn’t inspire anyone. Biden will win, not because he has a broad base of support. He wins because he is not Donald Trump.

He succeeded.
