Talked to him about a week ago. On the mend. Needs to fully recover and will then be able to get vaccinated to prevent a relapse. I think at the time he said he’d have to wait about nine weeks. His words have consistently been not to mess with this disease. Hit him much harder than he thought possible.

He says he’s still not feeling great and the recovery period will extend well into March but he will be doing it from home.

Report is that Rocky is better, in good spirits, and has moved from ICU to ICCU, which is another step in the right direction.

Word is that Rocky seems to be doing better today. I don’t have his address but I’ll pass along news as I hear it from someone that is in more direct contact with Rock’s wife. This came on Rocky pretty fast. We were texting just this past Saturday; he said he had become symptomatic and recommended avoiding the disease as he said he was the sickest he could ever remember being.

Rocky’s wife was pretty sick and her fever broke after 11 days. My understanding is that he got sick after she did and he got worse and required hospitalization as he developed pneumonia. Last I had heard he was on oxygen but not on a ventilator. I do know that his conditions is listed as “serious to critical.”

That should say Antifa garb. I hate autocorrect.

Viking horns with a Chewbacca bikini isn’t Antigua garb. But I guess it is hillbilly chic.

Our one could try reading the study of the Brazil data and wonder how Dr. Risch came to his conclusions, which seem materially different from the published study in the New England Journal of Medicine.

Topper, tell the truth. We all know you and Remotey have been champing at the bit to get to Fire Island for your annual “meat up.” Are all the good spots “opened up?”
