LegendKeymasterMore than 75 players on the Texas Tech football team have had COVID.
LSU coach Orgeron says that most of his players have had it.
Just wait until Trump gets blamed for Wisconsin’s football team getting COVID.
These things are fun to watch.

Rocky17ParticipantHow many deaths? How many still have it? The point is that for these guys and 99.999% of people under 40, this is no worse than a bad cold. Herd immunity and be done with it. In California less than 2% of all residents have had Covid and .0003535% of the population has died from the disease (14,606) yet the state is shut down to hurt Trump, everyone else be damned. Is this pragmatic or just punitive?

rjnwmillParticipantRocky, what an inspiration the Orange One is!
Rapid vaccines, rapid therapeutics and now rapid convalescent plasma harvested from football players? WOW
Here's a toast with one last pour, may it last forever and a minute more;

Yes, exactly, but the blame will still come. It will be “because of Trump.” It’s just too easy.
Friend of a friend was planning a trip home to see older parents. Her parents are worried so asked her to get a COVID test before visiting. She, a twenty something with no symptoms, turned up positive. She otherwise would have never been tested. Methinks that a huge proportion of the younger population has already been through COVID, yet here we are…trying to scare the bejeesus out of them.

Actually COVID positive. As in, currently infected. Had no idea.

Rocky17ParticipantThen there is this. And yes, for the mentally challenged, this is from Fox. You just cannot find anything true or rational on many other sites.
I will make anyone a bet that if Trump was instrumental in delivering a Mideast peace treaty, the MSM would focus on the wearing of masks by the participants. Some SF state dropout will take the bet, I am sure. Shhhhh!

ParticipantIf I understand correctly, the holdup for the Pac-12 is that Gavin Newsom and Kate Brown have essentially banned football, except for the pros. The pros have testing protocols in place, which allow them to play. With the approval of the saliva test, I think cheap, quick testing is now available and should clear college football to resume.

Mick1ParticipantFour of our friends and acquaintances have had COVID. One is an elderly, obese woman. She had four bad days, four okay days and has “COVID Brain” on occasion. 62 years old, about 50 lbs. overweight.
Another is a doctor and his wife, neither of whom realized that they had been exposed to COVID. The doctor lost his sense of taste for a week. No other symptoms. Wife had no symptoms at all.
Last is a 325 pound diabetic who’s already had a foot amputated. Had COVID. Didn’t realize it. Asymptomatic.

Rocky17ParticipantAmazing, Mick. Runs the gamut. If you cannot figure it out, if its a puzzle, it HAS to be Covid. Two friends, 75 and 74. One had fatigue so that he thought he would die along with a raging fever. Now done with it. The other had a fever and headache for 4-5 day and now he`s done with it. Neither one went on CNN and blamed Trump.
