We all know the reasons why you shouldn’t punitively tax the wealthy – because they’ll leave.

The soak-the-rich supporters cite a Stanford study from 2016 that found that only 2.4% of the rich move annually, and only 15% of those move to a state with lower taxes. This from 13 years of IRS data.

Of course he wants to increase taxes. Otherwise, how could he pay for all that “free” stuff?

New York, in my estimation, has made so much progress since the early 70’s when they were in deep trouble.  only question to me now is how damaging this will be before wiser people get elected . . . or am I too optimistic and NY will go into a long-term downward socialist spiral?
