rjnwmillParticipantThe headline on the NY Post highlights emails from Burrisma executives to Hunter Biden thanking him for the introduction to his father.
Fascinating after Biden has claimed he knew nothing about his son’s overseas business dealings. Can anyone imagine that Joe would go into a meeting like this without any prep? That his staff would be ignorant of the meeting or the topic? Send him in cold?
I have been quite critical of the political strategy behind the OP Research information management by Orange, Barr, Durham et al. Questioned whether there is any there, there? Now it seems that Orange has finally taken his seat at the table and the cards are being dealt. Might this explain the hostile interview of Pelosi by CNN; the covid article by The NY Times? Is the media being forced to jump ship? Has Orange got them by the short hairs?
{Ps: “The computer was dropped off at a repair shop in Biden’s home state of Delaware in April 2019, according to the store’s owner.” Who’s been sitting on this for 18 months as Joe & the democrats have been digging, digging, digging? Personally, I’d never have guessed that the DoJ could sit on this for 10 months, that the computers and hard drives were the subject of a grand jury subpoena in December 2019 and that no one would know about it. But here you are. Read the article…}
{Ps 2: I’d sure like to know if and when Schiff, Nadler, Pelosi, Schumer, Harris, Biden, Feinstein et al became aware of this activity. If the DoJ and Orange successfully kept them in the dark…he’s got parts of the swamp beast in control.}
{Ps 3: Rocky, a tip of the hat. You’ve been steadfast in your belief that there has been malfeasance. You’ve been confident that our institutions were up to the task of exposing political corruption. Me…not so much!}
{Ps 4: Does this explain Obama’s low profile during the campaign?}

LegendKeymasterYeah, this one has the smell of October surprise. That’s especially true when you consider the entire basis of Trump’s impeachment.
Played correctly it could sway people away from Biden.

Rocky17ParticipantI take zero credit for any special intuition. It has just been common sense. One only has to look at the pieces that had to have been in place for a story of such import and consequence to have been invented out of whole cloth, enacted and extended to such an incredible length with such consequence.
A: The spying on Trump principals albeit minor ones except for Flynn that were authorized by FISA courts. This had to involve the FBI, the DOJ and especially the CIA since their spies were the ones who actually did the spying.
B: The Steele dossier which had been paid for by the DNC and the Clinton campaign which formed the only basis for the FISA warrants.
C: Crossfire Hurricane which had to have been approved by the highest officials of the FBI and Obama officials because Brennan and Clapper were involved. Nothing this important or meaningful could occur without their concurrence.
D: The leaking to the media whenever something of consequence was about to break from the Russian collusion so called story.
E: The always present Adam Schiff and his connections to the resistance officials including the so called whistle blower whenever someone was needed to fan the flames.
F: The inclusion of people who were never Trumper Republicans like McCain when the story needed hyping.
G: The continuance and hyping of the so called collusion conspiracy when no evidence existed and the only goal had to be destroying a campaign and then a Presidency.
Nothing this vast of such import and consequence could exist without the approval either tacit or coordinated from the highest echelons of the Obama administration. The newly released documents are unquestionably smoking guns attesting to the incredible web of coordination between the State Dept., the DOJ, the FBI, the CIA, the DNC, the Clinton campaign, Perkins Coie Law Firm and so many others. This dwarfs Watergate in magnitude and scope. I may not be Genuine Realist`s greatest pal but I respect his perspective on most things even if we disagree. But he was dead wrong on this from day 1. I am not being critical because many reasonable and knowledgeable people could not have imagined a conspiracy like this in the USA but it is now a reality that cannot be questioned.
I know the scrambling has begun to assess blame elsewhere by principals pointing fingers but it will subside considerably if Biden wins election even though the Durham report will be devastating. If Biden wins, Barr will be gone, Durham`s prosecutions will be downplayed and minimized by the new FBI and DOJ leadership and every attempt to hold people accountable will be swept under the rug as much as public opinion will allow.
In a perfect world, the actions of H Clinton, Comey, Strzok, McCabe, Ohrs plural, the Clinton lawyers, Brennan, Clapper, Schiff, Page, Weissman, Mueller, Powers, Rice, the resistance liars and evidence manufacturers in the CIA, the signatories to the FISA warrants, reporters who published false information from leaks, the leakers and so many others should be prosecuted and convicted of serious crimes against the US government and laws governing our federal elections. The irony is that they would never have been caught if Trump had not won and may never be punished if he loses in 3 weeks. It is a Greek tragedy on steroids. And while their roles may never become totally clear and those who might testify would fall on their sword, Obama and Biden are complicit and have both lied about what transpired. I also blame Jeff Sessions for what happened and Trump`s terrible decisions to appoint Rod Rosenstein and Christopher Wray.
The heroes in all of this if we can designate them are Devin Nunes, Lee Smith, John Solomon, Greg Jarrett, Sara Carter and a few others brave enough and persistent enough to trust their nose and seek the truth. They are among a precious few who remembered and cherished what the 4th estate is supposed to be all about, holding politicians feet to the fire and seeking truth. It is more than ironic that the former flag bearers for such an illustrious and important position of the media seeking truth are now complicit in hiding the truth because their politics override their ethics, our former heroes Woodward and Bernstein. We have in place instead an entire generation of baby boomer and millennial journalism grads who have been taught that it is acceptable to propagandize instead of reporting reality and truth when it suits their desired political narrative. I daresay Ben Bradlee would be incredibly appalled at what has happened to his beloved profession and newspaper as well as so many others of times past..

Mick1Participantit’s interesting to try to talk with Democrats about the above. They’re not interested, they downplay it, didn’t matter, look how bad Trump is!!!
I’ve tried to discuss it with my mother, a committed lefty. She is convinced that Hillary’s e-mail problems were…a Republican plot.

rjnwmillParticipantHmmm…This seems about right. Facebook is refusing to distribute the N. Y. Post story. This is fascinating for several reasons. Is this Facebook’s responsibility? Seems to me the accuracy of the story is the sole responsibility of the initial publisher, the Post? Second, these steps to protect the masses were nowhere to be found four years ago when it was Russian collusion, Paul Manafort, Trump Tower meetings, sex in the Moscow Ritz and the N. Y. Times, the W. P., CNN & MSNBC were reporting the story. Has Facebook learned something from their blind acceptance of anti Orange BS? Are those learnings applicable to anti Biden/pro Orange stories now? Are right leaning main stream media reports to be restricted PRIOR to fact checking? Facebook as the Ombudsman of global media? Where is that in the mission statement? Will they refuse to distribute links to the N. Y. Post content until they can confirm that the crack was as good as promised?
The Biden campaign releases a disclaimer from the basement, “The Biden campaign, meanwhile, on Wednesday denied that any such meeting ever occurred. “[W]e have reviewed Joe Biden’s official schedules from the time and no meeting, as alleged by the New York Post, ever took place,” the campaign said in a statement.” I’d rather see the travel schedule/passport records of the Burrisma executive than a disclaimer from the Biden campaign.

ParticipantOur Silicon Valley overlords have now embargoed the story.
Twitter is now flagging the NY Post about Joe Biden lying to the American people as "unsafe."

Facebook makes editorial decision to limit distribution of New York Post story about Biden https://t.co/COhdV0o5wz
— CNBC (@CNBC) October 14, 2020
(Facebook was the first to prevent posts linking to the story)
While I will intentionally not link to the New York Post, I want be clear that this story is eligible to be fact checked by Facebook's third-party fact checking partners. In the meantime, we are reducing its distribution on our platform.

Facebook’s director of communications is literally a former DCCC staffer. Surprise?
For those who have not escaped the information silo of the Left, it’s now happening out in the open, and people are simply conditioned to accept it.

ParticipantAlso, the justification is “posting of hacked material.” Hacked how? Hunter Biden brought his laptop in for servicing and never picked it up. At some point, it becomes abandoned (usually in the service agreement). Like if you pawn something and don’t redeem it after x number of days, or if you never pick up your dry cleaning.

The original Andrew Kerr tweet with the image of the invoice (with relevant personal information redacted), with the language from the invoice saying if you don’t pick it up after 90 days, it’s considered abandoned and property of the shop is gone, with Twitter claiming it “violates Twitter’s Rules.” Amazing.

cardcrimsonParticipantI’m sure the same happened with the Times story based on someone illegally releasing Trumps taxes.
Didn’t Facebook and Twitter ban that story too?

ParticipantYou have got to believe the NY Post (IIRC, old-time tabloid still owned by the Murdoch Family… long with moe aditional broadshees, WSJ, Barron’s, London Times etc) have been pretty careful in checking this out before releasing…
my guess it has legs… we’ll see

Rocky17ParticipantWelcome Frank. Yes, it appears to be so well documented it has legs. What I really want to have answered is whatever happened to the hard drive copy given to the FBI a long time ago. Thanks to God the guy kept a hard drive copy to protect himself and preserve the evidence. I wonder what he thinks of our vaunted FBI hiding the information. Wray`s people have been sitting on it, apparently. What will Trump now say to Barr and what will Barr say to Wray and what will be the result?

Oh, as for verification, how about this:
From an insider not politically connected: The emails in the NY Post story have been verified — they’re solid. The Vadym Pozharskyi email address has historical data dating back to 2014. Furthermore, it is registered to the address of Burisma.
