      Techies are moving out of SF, including my son (Nvidia employee) who is moving to New York City. There have been 10,200 permanent tech layoffs among SF city employees.

      Co-ops and condo prices have dropped 14.7%, single family homes down 15.4%. Prices are now at 2015 levels. The Millenium Tower (Leaning Tower of SF) prices are down 44%.

      Amazing. I bet a lot of people never thought their real estate could possibly go down.
