Why untreated human waste, of course. Making tons (literally) of algae bloom, largest algae bloom in decades, killing lots of fish, not good for animals or other humans.

San Francisco forced to spend $14 billion to tackle potentially deadly human waste disaster (msn.com)

in a region where you basically can’t built without tens of thousands of dollars in environmental “studies” funding friends of the government the government allows human waste to flow to the bay?

      Your tax dollars at work.

It wasn’t climate change? Does sewage treatment fall under the water infrastructure bond that California voters passed, but the billions of dollars haven’t gone into a single storage mechanism or other water project?
