ParticipantWell, lets drag ’em over!

ParticipantTrump is guilty of paying his own money for a non disclosure agreement. OMG!
My bet is this will never make it to an impeachment vote in the House. Too many elected officials have dipped into federal hush fund money to risk opening this potentially large can of worms.

Participant“..there are few things more rare than a liberal willing to discuss conservative ideas.”
Is this true, or is it perception? I find it impossible to have a discussion about conservative ideas because of exactly what you cite – Conservatives love Trump, Trump is misogynistic, racist, anti Muslim, anti -immigration, anti -environment…..blah blah blah. Since conservatives love Trump conservatives must be like trump.

ParticipantReminds me of both Seattle and Portland. Portland is blaming developers and VRBO for high rents. LOL.
A few weeks ago, the Portland mayor was complaining because high rise towers were starting to block views of Mt Hood from downtown. What a revelation!
Really makes you wonder what elected officials are thinking.

ParticipantYeb- Pure gobbly gook. Why is the Iran agreement an agreement not subject to congressional oversight, while anything we agree to with NK is a treaty?
Congressional overreach in spades.

ParticipantAnd the preening has already begun…….Dems want no vote until after the election.
Thought it was wrong for Republicans to block the vote on Garland. Think it would be wrong to wait. Will be interesting to see who Trump selects…

ParticipantThe USGA, IMO, has turned into a parody of itself, trying to remain relevant. Instead of doing everything it can to promote golf and make it inviting for new players, we get the latest version of the USGA’s vision of a championship (AKA) unplayable course.
The real travesty is the anchored putter rule. There is no statistical evidence an anchored putter helped golfers advance in tournaments, but the USGA felt compelled to outlaw them.
They completely miss the elephant in room. In 1993 average drives were 264 yards. Now 400 yards means nothing special. The longest drive this year is 430 yds! The USGA is worried more about “driving distance” than it is this years most dominating club.
It won’t but the USGA should go away.

ParticipantShe was at Stanford with Young Dawg. Asked him he knew who she was. Yep – guess she was a f-buddy with a football player. I asked if he got any sense that she was warped, or could execute fraud on this scale.
Cryptic answer – She was out there. -
