I was watching the EPA sec hearings for the ex gov of Michigan. A senator from a mining state asked if she plans to ban coal.  She smirked  “No!”  Just to watch all the jaws drop.  Then talked about her “carbon capture”  study schemres.  Disarming the senators looking forward to the free money for stupid stuff.    Is it going to work??
