N Carolina and Philadelphia are the focus tonight with unsolicited ballot mailings despite a SCOTUS ruling that reined in N Carolina Dems. Nevada may be lost already because they have made the decision to NOT match signatures to mail in ballots after the unsolicited mailing of ballots. California has up to 17 days to count mail in ballots after the election.
Your stomach may be more accurate than the truth. This election could very well be stolen unless people wake up and realize Harris is unqualified and a radical and Biden is a stalking horse for another coup which may end up being legal event of using the Constitution to destroy the Constitution. Trump may have to win big.
(BTW, the highlight of my day was watching Elizabeth Warren give a speech where she said confirming ACB was unethical because Ginsberg`s last wish should have been granted. Just curious; maybe GR can point out where the last wish of Ginsberg is in the Constitution.)
She was asked a tough question and was not ready for it. Her voice was cracking and she was laughing to buy time and compose both herself and an answer.
She is the VP candidate most unready for prime time in my lifetime. Totally unqualified.
FWIW, since I posted this opinion, Rush Limbaugh said the same thing on his show 15 minutes ago. He says he thinks they will begin to tell the truth as we get closer to the election because they do not want to be embarrassed as they were last time and this will give some cover. You still could be right. i just do not see Trump losing Texas, N Carolina, Arizona, Florida or even Pennsylvania unless voter fraud runs rampant in Philadelphia.
In her speech yesterday, Harris referred to Trump once more as racist. Since this is always the last resort, I truly feel she knows she is losing. Biden was so horrific on the stump Saturday when more than half his audience were Trump people booing him, he is once more putting a lid on his campaign until Thursday.

This video is based on the book of the same name by Lee Smith which I have read earlier this year. Lee worked for Devin Nunes and is responsible for the coherence and focus of the investigation. Unfortunately for all of us it is true to its core and there will only be prosecutions if Trump wins a second term. So many people in government, formerly in government, in the print and video media are implicated that it explains the full court press to defeat Trump.
I am still flabbergasted that people like GR and others who are reasonably educated and intelligent just refuse to believe it when it is so obvious, so well documented and coherent. We had a coup and the election is the final step in a 4 year coordinated attack. If Trump loses, we are all screwed forever as a nation unless you are in favor of a top down socialist bureaucracy.
Talk about being at a turning point in American history and only because Trump hatred is so great that people refuse to believe their eyes and ears and will give up their freedom for that enmity.
I pray Bob is correct and Dave is wrong. Here in Florida, I am pretty confident Trump will win as there will be no mail in shenanigans. I am still of the opinion that as Pennsylvania goes, so goes the nation.

FWIW, PL, everything has a time and place. Toobin`s time and place was a tad, actually more than a tad, inappropriate, in the middle of a zoom conference call with network colleagues. Not exactly recommended biz school protocol.
To make light of a bad situation, I actually hate hairy palms. I have approximately 30 palm trees on my primary residence property and they are a pain in the ass to keep trimmed. They may look great in movies but the cost and effort to maintain them is astronomical and not worth the effort. Give me a deciduous tree any day of the week.
Even Rush Limbaugh today stated that Trump was ridiculously stupid and listened to really bad advice for the 1st debate. His advisors thought he could rattle Biden with interruptions but Trump came off looking immature and not very Presidential. What he has to do now is let Biden speak and get himself in trouble, if possible. When he has has turn, the moderator will try to interrupt him every time he steers towards the corruption issue. Trump will have to pick his spots, put the moderator on the spot if she interrupts, and use a bunch of his closing argument time where he cannot be interrupted and outline Biden`s corrupt behavior coherently for the entire world to understand.
I wonder if the moderator will repeat what she did when she interviewed a Clinton surrogate after a Clinton/Trump debate in 2016 and give the Biden team the questions in advance. She was caught on live TV reminding the surrogate of the questions to be asked. Unbelievable. That she was allowed to become a moderator is a failing of the Trump people to allow her to do so without making a great public issue of it to force a replacement. I think the answer is that she will forewarn the Biden team because the media is as corrupt as Biden and his family.
