Nearly three months ago, 73 Republican lawmakers have demanded information from the DoJ regarding elimination of non-citizens from voter rolls. To date, Attorney General Merrick Garland literally has not responded.
BTW, for the last two decades, I’ve worked with large law firms. This is a common lawyer tactic. If the lawyer knows the response will be insufficient…they just don’t respond. They don’t lie, argue, deflect…they just go limp.

The barriers to both registering to vote and voting itself are almost nonexistent. The Republicans want proof, photo ID. Dems are fighting against that proof.
In Texas, they removed 6,500 aliens from the voting rolls, 1,930 of those had voted in the past, or 30%. Virginia identified 6,303 non-citizens that had registered to vote. Pretty scary, quite frankly — if you’re a Republican. If you’re a Democrat substitute “pretty scary” with “highly desireable.”
